WHAT DO THEY DO? -They "supercharge" the Activated Sludge used in marine Black water systems ensuring a more thorough digestion of human wastes allowing more waste water to be carried, in the tanks, between emptyings. They also neutralise urine, preventing acid build-up and associated corrosion. They also completely eliminate all the bad smells associated with black water systems. |
HOW DO THEY WORK? - Once deployed the products release the bacteria to digest the organic content of the relevant system, they also release "Active Oxygen" which initially aids creation of a bacteria friendly environment and also creates natural oxygen based cleaning agents which permeate the cleaning action throughout the system. In addition to this natural buffering compounds are liberated, which assist the bacterial establishment and also neutralise acidic water and urine, reducing internal corrosion.

They can also be used in vacuum and gravity toilet systems to clear and prevent toilet & urinal blockages caused by urea. |

The products are easily deployed into your systems by simply pouring, weekly, the Powder/Tablet directly into the Grease Traps/sinks/shower stalls- for the Grey water system. For the Black-water system, they can be applied directly to the sewage plant and they can also be deployed via the toilets and urinals, to keep the plumbing clean. They also reduce foaming and the need for anti-foaming chemicals. |
